This Effective Personal Productivity (EPP) programme will commence in the Cork International Airport Hotel on Tuesday 21st February 2012 . This programme will run from 1400 to 1630 on each tuesday for a period of seven weeks - finishing on 10th April .

The programme, Effective Personal Productivity  (EPP) is designed for participants who wish to improve their skills around a number of key areas , namely:

·                Increased Productivity and Profitability
                 Improved Business Management
·               Enhanced Communications
·               Team Development & People Management Skills
·                Improved Organisational and Time-Management Skills
                Personal Leadership

The programme is goals driven with the emphasis on the participants applying the materials on a weekly basis in order to address specific business challenges. - i.e. participants learning by doing and this leads to more effective behaviours and habits being formed , leading to measurable increases in business and personal results.

The programme, like all LMI programmes, is FETAC accredited ( participants will receive a number of Level 5 FETAC awards ) and also qualifies for CPD hours with various regulatory bodies.
